Youngja Kim graduated magna cum laude from Ewha Woman’s
University with aBachelor’s in English. She went on to obtain a
Master’s of Science in Education from Indiana University, and a
Ph. D in Linguistics and Education from the University of Michigan.
Furthermore, she completed undergraduate accounting courses.
She served as a Student Ambassador to the United States, has
taught English and Korean classes, and has served as a co-
director of the Bilingual/Bicultural ISD (Instructional Systems
Development) Master’s Program and has been serving as an ESL
(English as a Second Language)/Foreign Languages Specialist
at the Department of Student Support Services at University of
Maryland, Baltimore County.
S.T. Kim Company takes pride in going above and beyond,
assisting clients in obtaining business licenses and permits.
Youngja’s foremost responsibility with the company is being a
part-time license consultant. She acquires the necessary
licenses from their designated courthouses and government
buildings, traveling throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia,
and other states.
