Andrew Chee graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland
with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting. He has 24 years
of experience in the tax, accounting and management consulting
fields. He is also the chief tax and accounting director of S.T. Kim
Company, LLC.
Mr. Chee’s experience ranges from work with individual, corporation,
partnership, non-profit, estate and trust, and gift tax returns. With
this, he also executes the tax planning and analysis for these clients,
as well as compiling and reviewing financial statements for profit
and non-profit organizations. All government compliance work, such
as payroll and sales tax returns filling is additionally among his
responsibilities. Specializing in management consultation process,
such as business evaluations when buying and/or selling an entity,
Andrew handles tax litigation services, preparing offers in
compromise for individual and corporate cases. He also specializes
in hardware/software installation for the accounting system.
Furthermore, he is accountable for setting up corporations, limited
liability corporations, and trusts; assisting in obtaining non-profit
exemptions from the IRS and state governments; tax audit
representation, preparing all necessary audit documents for the US
Government, sales tax divisions and insurance agencies; and
accomplishing many special projects for clients such as billing and
bookkeeping systems, all while maintaining S.T. Kim Company’s
computer accounting hardware and software systems and training
other staff members how to use them efficiently, thus proving himself
an essential asset to the company.
